1, 2, soundcheck—here we go. At Europacity Vibes, you’ll have the chance to stand behind the turntables and lay down your own sound. Teaming up with Ministry of Mixing, we’ll turn you into real DJs and give you insights into the art of music production. For several years, this team from Prenzlauer Berg has been shaping the international techno and house scene. From workshops and masterclasses to releases on their own label, Ministry of Mixing offers rising artists a chance to develop and maybe even make it big. Come by and give it a try—the course is free.

Four continents and over 23 years of music: Fuasi Abdul-Khaliq is bringing jazz to Europaplatz. When he’s not performing across Europe, Asia, Africa, or Central America, he’s thrilling Berlin’s jazz scenes with Fuasi’s Organ Ensemble. So, a concert at Europacity Vibes is a must. Entry is free, and dancing and singing along are encouraged.

Welcome back to DNA Art Club Event: The artist collective returns to Europacity Vibes with their goal to connect people through art and an even bigger program. They have danced and enchanted the Europacity Vibes audience before. This time there will be an even larger variety of events. Everything remains free, snacks and drinks are also available on site. Imagine leaving a Berlin pub, a gentle breeze greeting you in the cool morning hours as you stumble contentedly home. That’s the exact feeling Nevis captures with their sound. The band, rooted somewhere between songwriting, punk, and pop, brings those emotions to Europaplatz. Frontman Lennie Gottberg, Verena Deege on bass and saxophone, and Moritz Andrejewski on drums will set the perfect Europacity evening vibe. Entry is free—grab a drink next door and soak up the atmosphere on Europaplatz.

Snacks, drinks, movies, and you — under the starry sky in the heart of Berlin. Sounds pretty awesome, right? That’s all it takes to turn Europaplatz into a summer night cinema. Bring your loved ones and kick back in our lounge chairs. We’ll handle the film, and you bring the vibes.

The first time was really successful, the place was full and the audience was enthusiastic: the Kiezpoeten are returning to Europacity Vibes in October, this time with a special highlight. The Berlin collective of multiple award-winning poetry slammers is known throughout Germany. Poems, letters or creative texts – the competition for the best performance will once again take place on Europaplatz. You decide the winner, because the audience becomes the jury. The special feature this time: an artist from Portugal with German texts. Come along and see for yourself. Snacks and drinks will be available on site.
